Description:
A National beverage manufacturing company seeks a sales admin assistant for its Boksburg branch; the suitable individual must be neatly groomed, computer literate, good telephonic skills, available immediately and have a minimum of two years sales admin experience.
 
DUTIES / TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
 Process deals and free stock, Processing orders from reps and customers
Administrative duties e.g. filing and sorting of documents, sending and receiving of correspondences via fax and email to reps and respective departments
 Processing of expenses , booking of accommodation
Ordering of stationery
Following up on debtors payments and claims
Receive and capture customer orders and invoices
Update vehicle tracker reports
Compile returns report for stock from depots
Assist with filling in credit applications for new customers
Assisting reps with the cooler agreement process
Distribute POS and branding to reps
Contact stores for delivery details for JAB orders
Compile and process payments for creditors to process
 Opening new customers on system
Pulling out Sales Figures and reviews of ClickView
keeping track of customers’ accounts and orders on Syspro
 
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
Sound working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to demonstrate keen attention to detail in approach to job function
Ability to communicate effective at all levels within the organisation
Ability to demonstrate sound organizational skills

Description:
A national beverage manufacturer is seeking experienced sales personnel within its immediate consumption sales channel. Individuals must have prior sales experience dealing with independent wholesalers, independent stores, spaza shops and similar outlets.
 
DUTIES / TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage planograms and forward shares within each allocated store
Follow daily call cycle and ensure compliance with cooler abuse policy
Identify  opportunities within store and convert to increased sales
Implement pricing strategy at store level
Apply stock pressure within store
Ensure pricing and POS are correctly placed
Ensure coolers are maintained in a clean and orderly manner
Ensure that coolers are sufficiently stocked and route cards displayed
Compile a daily report  and log competitive activity
Communicate all new products and / or developments to customers
Provide continuous feedback to the ICC Regional Manager
